On price I'd rather not guess: it depends on the consumer unit and how much of the existing run we can keep. Dan can come out this week and put a fixed figure in writing.

Questions
Am I talking to a real person?
You're talking to Surve, an AI, and it always says so up front. It never pretends to be someone. The moment anyone wants a human, it hands the thread to you.
Is my data safe?
Surve only ever reads the one inbox you connect. It doesn't keep your emails: it keeps who wrote to you, the subject, a short summary and the reply it wrote, and deletes those on a schedule. It never opens attachments. You can cut off access whenever you want.
What if it gets something wrong?
To begin with it writes and you press send, so you see everything before a customer does. You can turn it off any time. And it can never promise money or agree to anything on your behalf, so the worst case still comes back to you.
Do I have to install anything?
No. It's not an app your team has to check. It works the email inbox they already live in. Connect it once and it runs on our servers.
