Someone unhappy gets a person, not a machine. It recognises the difference and steps back.

If the fact isn't in what you've told it, it doesn't invent one. It says a person will come back to them, and tells you.

Surve reads and sorts, and writes nothing. Useful on week one, when what you actually want to know is whether it understands your mail at all.
Approval — where everyone starts
Every reply waits for you, with the confidence figure and a one-line reason for what it decided. You press send. Most people sit here for a fortnight, correcting it, which is also how it learns your voice.
Autopilot
It sends on its own — but never past the rules. Anything about money, a complaint, or a question it has no answer for still comes to you, on every setting, and there is no configuration that turns that off. You can stop it mid-flight and it stops on the very next message.

Why it isn't priced
per person.
Almost everything else in this market is sold to a person, as a tool they use. Surve is sold to a business, as work that gets done. That difference is the reason the number looks bigger, and the reason it usually isn't.

Those are published list prices as they stood in August 2026, converted by nobody — we have left them in the currency each company quotes. They will drift, and you should check them rather than take our word for it. We have not named the companies because the point is the shape of the bill, not who charges what this week.

Why not per person, like everyone else?
Because a small business has one inbox and four people who dip into it. Charging per head would mean charging you for the fact that your team helps each other. Everyone can use it on every plan.
What happens after the 90 days?
We talk. If you want to carry on, you sign paid terms then. It can't roll over on its own and you can't be charged for forgetting to cancel — there's no card on file to charge.
Do I have to give you my email password?
No. You can take a Surve address and forward your mail to it, which means we hold nothing of yours at all. If you'd rather connect the inbox you already use, you can — and it's an app password you can revoke on its own, encrypted before it's stored.
Can I stop it?
There's a switch that stops all sending immediately. Not at the end of the cycle, not once the queue drains — that second.
Will it sound like me?
Not on day one. It starts close and gets there over about a fortnight, because every time you edit a draft before sending it, that's what it learns from. That's the honest answer and it's why the free run is 90 days rather than a week.
